Thank you for your continued support of Luminex and the xMAP INTELLIFLEX^® System. We are excited to announce the release of the latest software—xMAP INTELLIFLEX^® Software v2.1.

xMAP INTELLIFLEX Software v2.1 is a required upgrade that must be completed before March 31, 2025 for continued service. The upgrade offers several new features, including improved calibration and performance verification reliability, lot deletion capability, and maintenance countdown timers. For a complete list of changes, please visit our website. Additionally, Software v2.1 is also the first customer-installable software release.

To help us prioritize and facilitate your upgrade effectively, please take a moment to complete the pre-upgrade survey using the link below. You’ll be asked for your instrument serial numbers, the results of a recent calibration/verification, and a support zip file (see links below under "Helpful Resources”). Technical Support will review the details of your survey submission and will guide you through the necessary next steps. Please be aware that Technical Support’s review may indicate that a visit from our Field Service Engineer (FSE) is required.
